ITT TECH PARTNERS WITH IMAGINEDESIGN TO
LAUNCH PRO-BONO CHARITY DESIGN EVENT
MANASSAS, VA - June 18, 2012 - Preparing students for a career in visual communications is a
focus for the School of Drafting and Design at the ITT Technical Institute in Springfield, VA. Preparing non-profits with the tools they need to thrive is a focus of Manassas-based marketing firm
ImagineDesign. So it just makes sense that the two are working together to launch their first charity
"brandathon" at the ITT Tech campus (7300 Boston Boulevard) in Springfield, VA on August 7-9,
2012.
At this event, each student from the School of Drafting and Design will be paired with a nonprofit,
and will offer the day to create graphics and marketing materials that the organization would not be
able to acquire otherwise. “This concept is designed to help everyone involved,” ImagineDesign
CEO Patrick King explained. “While the nonprofits are getting equipped with the marketing and
outreach materials they need, the students are getting real-world experience.”
