The ANCC Hemostasis Nursing Certification Through Portfolio Program Good News! The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is developing a new board certification program for hemostasis nurses! The certification will be earned through a portfolio review. Partners in Bleeding Disorders Education is helping ANCC and its collaborative partner, ATHN, to develop the Hemostasis Nursing Certification Through Portfolio Program. The ANCC’s patented certification through portfolio program was developed as an alternative method for recognizing registered nurses and advanced practice registered nurses as experts in their specialty areas.
