KING® is entering in India with a special menu for guests which include the signature
WHOPPER® in new varieties for Indian taste preferences.
TERMS AND CONDITION
Burger King India Private Limited hereinafter known as “Burger King” is starting the “Pre Book a
Whopper Online ” Promotion Offer (herein after referred to as “Offer”).In order to promote its
brand as well as its products and services.
IMPORTANT - The following the terms and conditions that apply to the Offer conducted by
BURGER KING®. Customers are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
OFFER
Below mentioned is the Offer for all the customers who pre-book any WHOPPER® (single patty)
i.e. Vegetarian or Chicken or Mutton through the PayTM sale, which starts on 24 th June 2015
and ends on 27th June 2015 (however the duration of the Offer may be extended or curtailed at
the discretion of BURGER KING®).
To participate in the Offer, the customer has to pre-book the Offer through PayTM. The
customer shall be responsible to provide all correct details including name, email and mobile
number while pre-booking the Offer. Once the booking has been processed, the customer will
receive a confirmation e-mail to their e-mail address, which will have the PayTM ID (“Email
Confirmation”).
To claim the Offer, the customer has to visit the BURGER KING® store located at Pheonix
Market City Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka (the “Store”) during the Offer Period at the
normal business hours and present a print out of the Email Confirmation to the representative of
Burger King at the counter. Upon presenting the print out of Email Confirmation at the counter,
the customer shall be entitled to:
a) avail Whopper at a following prices Vegetarian Rs 109/- , Chicken Rs 119/-, Mutton Rs 169/inclusive of standard taxes and charges; and
b)get one Whopper T-shirt absolutely free.
Whopper T-Shirt must be claimed at the time of presenting the print out of Email Confirmation.
OFFER PERIOD
To claim the Offer, the customer must be present at the Store on 27 th June 2015 (“Offer
Period’).
No customer shall be entitled to participate in the Offer after the Offer Period.
RESTRICTION ON PARTICIPATION
This is a promotional Offer. One person can book maximum 2 quantity per listing.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be bartered.
PROMOTION PRICE ONLY FOR WHOPPER®
This promotional price is only applicable for the WHOPPER® through PayTM Sale and any
other purchase in the Store will be as per the displayed menu price.
OTHER OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS
This Offer r cannot be clubbed with any other offers or promotions.
GENERAL
a) At the end of the Offer Period, all obligation of the Burger King in regard to the Offer shall
expire.
b) In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Offer and/or these terms and
conditions, Burger King’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence
may be entered into.
c) This Offer may be revoked at any time for any reason by Burger King.
d)All applicable local laws of India and regulations apply to this Offer and all the
disputes in connection to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
NON-LIABILITY
a) BURGER KING® is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the Offer.
BURGER KING®, its associated companies, contractors and any of its personnel involved in
this Offer, assume no liability in this regard. Burger King’s maximum liability is restricted to an
amount paid for participating in the Offer.
b)BURGER KING® may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any
time, without notice, and such amendment shall be deemed to have taken effect from
the date of publication of the revised terms and condition.
c) BURGER KING® reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer, without
notice at any time and no liability shall lie against BURGER KING®, in favor of any
participant or third party arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination
of the Offer.
