GLBT is the acronym used to reference the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
Transgender community of people.
WHAT IS A LESBIAN?
A woman who is romantically (or sexually) attracted to other women.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE GAY?
A man who is romantically (or sexually) attracted to other men
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE BISEXUAL?
A person who is romantically (or sexually) attracted to both men and women
WHAT DOES TRANSGENDERED MEAN?
Refers to a person who identifies with or expresses a gender identity
different from the one they were assigned at birth

A person who wishes to be considered or become (through surgery) a
member of the opposite sex
