planning, management and control of personnel costs

SAP Personnel Cost Planning optimizes the entire
planning process, taking into account salary-relevant
information about people, jobs, positions and organizational units.
This makes it possible to flexibly simulate future workforce changes, scheduled salary rounds and other
cost increases.
Once created, a personnel cost plan can still be flexibly adapted in a fine-tuning phase, such as by including the line supervisor, before it is then finally forwarded to Controlling.
In a freely definable manner, one-off cost plans or
rolling forecasts can be flexibly created and managed.
Implementation is carried out exclusively by certified
HR Campus consultants.
