Executive Coaching for the individual business leader
One-on-one confidential coaching designed to enhance the client's
leadership effectiveness in their respective organization. A key
opportunity for succession planning purposes or to address specific
obstacles.
While each client is unique, and treated as such, we utilize a four
step process to assist clients in obtaining the optimum results.
INFORMATION GATHERING: We conduct and obtain current
assessments, performance evaluations, input from our client, client's
boss and/or sponsor as well as input from other appropriate parties.
ANALYSIS: With our client, we analyze the information in a
manner that provides the beginning foundation for determining
success factors.
DEVELOP and MANAGE COACHING ACTION PLANS: As
the process is continually refined, themes are identified in which
specific plans are developed and managed through completion.
Additionally, in what we consider a very important part of the
process, ongoing circumstances and situations are discussed with the
opportunity to take additional advantage of the coaching process.
During this period it is typically opportune to conduct multi-rater
interviews to both determine initial results and fine tune the
remaining process.

CONCLUSION and FOLLOW UP: Client and client company
perception is the sole determination of success. While each
engagement has a formal ending, OPTIMUM Management
Solutions is committed for the long term. Periodic follow up and
client access to the coach is our commitment to you.
Executive Coaching for teams of business leaders
Group coaching which involves assessing and coaching team
dynamics. Key opportunities such as project management,
troubleshooting and staff meetings are attended with the purpose of
observing and analyzing group effectiveness and providing team
coaching to enhance impact. Each member of the team receives
individual confidential coaching as well. Group coaching typically is
a result of a specific area of opportunity needing addressed by the
team.
360 Feedback Process
A multi-rater assessment process which can be done in conjunction
with individual and/or team coaching. It also can be conducted as a
separate service. This service includes a written or electronic survey
report and follow up feedback and coaching as appropriate.
