ID/ Price Signs
A) Clark approved signs will be installed.
B) Pole(s) will painted Clark light gray.
Canopy
A) Canopy fascia will be painted/filmed with 8" of Clark red on top and the rest will be Clark Sapphire blue.
B) Two backlit illuminated Clark canopy logos or decals with speed lines will be installed.
C) Canopy columns will be painted Clark light gray.
D) Clearance decals shall be clearly displayed in each direction.
Dispensers
A) All dispensers will receive Clark approved image including, but not limited to, pump skirts, pump numbers, octane rating, product grade and regulatory decals.
B) Dispenser curbs shall be painted dark gray (if not painted - then not necessary to paint).
C) Dispenser guard poles will be painted Clark light gray.
Building - Required
A) The credit card and welcome decals will be installed on the front doors.
Building - Options that need to be discussed with account Manager

HELPFUL PAINTING TIPS
Acrylithane HS2 or HS3 Urethane are two component system. Add 1-quart of #99951 Catalyst to each 3/4 filled gallon of paint, regardless of
color. #99951 Catalyst is ordered separately from the paint.
#1500-077 Multi-Purpose Primer should be used to prime field painted dark surfaces for good hide and to achieve brighter, more vibrant
colors.
Factory finished facias (ACM) or canopy decks should be primed with one coat # 33010 White Ureprime HS2 Epoxy Urethane before finish
coating. #33010 Ureprime HS2 is a two component system. Add one quart #99951 Catalyst to each 3/4 filled gallon of primer.
New masonry, brick and stucco should be primed with #3090 White or 3091 Gray Multi-Grip 2 Acrylic Latex Primer before applying
Acrylithane HS2 finishes.
Porous block should be primed and filled with #3781 Latex Block Filler before applying Acrylithane HS2 or HS3 finishes.
Field Application Guides for urethanes and other coatings will be provided upon request.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are shipped with each order. Technical Data Sheets may be ordered from Customer Service.

VINYL COLORS AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Unapplied marking may be stored for a period of up to one year. They
must be stored flat or wrapped on a core with at least a 5 inch diameter.
The markings must be stored in a clean area, free from excessive moisture
and direct sunlight, with ambient temperatures of 100 degrees or less.
CAUTION
An application surface that has been washed and dried, solvent wiped
and dried can still provide poor adhesion in the area of rivets and seams
due to liquid retention caused by capillary action. This problem can be
overcome by allowing a cleaned vehicle to sit overnight prior to
application of markings, or by the use of a heat gun to dry out retained
liquid. Any chalked paint residue must be removed in cleaning.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be considered contaminated and must be cleaned prior
to application of film or sheeting.
Surface Preparation
The recommended procedure is as follows:
The markings can be applied when air and application surface
temperatures are above the minimum specified in the following table.
Surfaces may be heated in order to raise the surface temperature above
the minimum specified in the following table. This may be accomplished
by portable heater, heat lamps, hot water or steam. If hot water or steam
is used, the surface must be thoroughly dry before application.
1. Paint system must be properly cured prior to application of films and
sheeting. Under cured paint can cause bubbling of the graphic. Markings
will not adhere to chalked paint. Chalking must be removed by physical
abrasion.
2. Wash the surface with a synthetic, free-rinsing detergent. Avoid
washing the surface with a soap containing creams or lotions. Allow to
dry.
3. Saturate clean paper towel with Solvent Cleaner 3919S and wipe the
substrate surface dry. Many cleaners and solvents cannot be used
effectively. For example, alcohol evaporates too rapidly and effective
cleaning does not take place.
4. Dry the surface with a lint-free paper towel before the solvent
evaporates.
