Wayne Gray, System Designer, Bellevue, WA
Employee since 1999
My husband and I want to tell you about the amazing customer service we have received from your
Bellevue store, but in particular, from your salesperson, Wayne Gray. We purchased a 42" LCD on Black
Friday and we were thrilled (even with the experience we got standing in line in the cold and how we
were treated in store on the day of purchase). However, we got home, set up the TV and there was a
pixel out. We called the store (Wayne), and without hesitation, they said they would order us a new
one. Which was great, although, after having just had shoulder surgery myself, we had to call a friend
to stop over and help us load/unload the TV. TV #2 also had a sound and a pixel issue. We called Wayne
again and upon hearing of our need for help with loading/unloading, graciously said he would be
happy to help us and bring the TV over himself. This alone was an incredible help to us as we have

The Killips had known for a while that they wanted
to do a system. What they didn’t know is who they
wanted to work with. As an interior designer, Mrs.
Killips had worked with several clients who had
included home theaters in their remodels and new
construction projects. They decided to start there. “We
were introduced to Magnolia by a client Debbie had
done business with for a number of years. We had been

very happy we asked,” said Mr. Killips.

We had been
asking around, and Magnolia kept popping up. We’re
very happy we asked,” said Mr. Killips.
The Killips house is an oasis of cool in the California hills.

it’s loudspeakers. More specifically, Sonus faber
loudspeakers.
Sonus faber, translated as handcrafted sound in
latin (Sonus, handcrafted. Faber, artisan.), has been
making some of the world’s best speakers for 25 years.
Borrowing the acoustics and lute shapes of the finest
musical instruments, the kind of quality leather and
woodwork that Italy is known for, and even the names
from the most famous violin makers, Sonus faber has
quickly built a reputation around the world for
producing some of the best all-around speakers.
The secret of their success? Chairman Cesare
Bevilacqua breaks it down to a few key things. Passion,
people, where they are in the world, and their unique
way of combining materials. “Real Maple wood.
Leather. It’s the combination of different materials that
gives the best results,” he said. “We’re the custodian of
ancient arts, but always looking toward the future.”
