However, we got home, set up the TV and there was a pixel out. We called the store (Wayne), and without hesitation, they said they would order us a new one. Which was great, although, after having just had shoulder surgery myself, we had to call a friend to stop over and help us load/unload the TV. TV #2 also had a sound and a pixel issue. We called Wayne again and upon hearing of our need for help with loading/unloading, graciously said he would be happy to help us and bring the TV over himself. This alone was an incredible help to us as we have stairs and because I wasn’t able to help my husband with the TV at all due to my shoulder! The new TV was brought the other night by Wayne and it is incredible! We couldn’t be happier.
