Cryosauna

Cryotherapy – the use of a combination of extreme cold, and then physical activities. It involves using the
alternating effects of low and high temperatures, similar to the effects of a classical sauna. The temperature in the
Cryosauna is - 90C to - 150C and then is followed by an active exercise regime. The effects result from the
quick cooling down of the skin. Skin temperature drops between 2 and 10C. At this stage dermal and nerve
endings are numbed and thus suppress sensitivity and pain perception. In contrast, the core body temperature
stays unchanged. Regular use achieves skeletal muscle relaxation and improved joint functionality, stronger
blood circulation in the whole body including limbs suffering from swellings and inflammation, and thus reducing
any pain. It is recommended for:

Magneto therapy

Magneto therapy is the most recent and less well-known method of physical therapy. Treatment is applied with
the use of pulsed magnetic fields leading to good results. The resulting reduction of pain and anti-inflammatory
effects are proven.
Instrumental lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a tactile technique focusing on the lymphatic system. Low pressure is applied without the
use of oils or emulsions. It is commonly used for cellulite and skin treatments.
Inhalation

It is intended for the treatment and stimulation of the respiratory tract. The mineral Luhacovice Vincentka is used
in addition to some recommended medications.

Peat is a natural substance, which is generated by bio-transformation of organic materials in the soil. When used
as a natural wrap, it forms a layer of processed and warmed covering, which is then applied to body parts for 15
minutes. A high temperature during the treatment creates a deep heat, which relaxes the muscles, washes away
inflammatory waste from the tissues, regenerates tissues, stabilizes the nervous system, has an antiinflammatory impact and stimulates metabolism. Due to the positive effect on the skin and subcutaneous tissues
it is also used for cosmetic purposes and the fight against cellulite.
Oxygen therapy

Oxygen therapy is a method which has been scientifically proven by Prof. Arden. With long-term use it can bring
up to 40 % improvement in memory, improve sleeping and tissue nutrition. The client inhales 95% concentrated
oxygen for 1 hour. During inhalation, it is necessary to ensure there is adequate blood circulation to transport the
oxygen to targeted tissues. It is recommended to read, do crosswords and intermittently exercise limb muscles.

Carbonated bath

It is a very effective procedure using natural mineral water from Frantiskovy Lazne . During the bath the patient is
immersed in a tub filled with mineral water and CO2 bubbles wrap the body with gentle pearl gas. After the initial
cold feeling the coat of pearl bubbles induces pleasant warmth caused by the dilation of skin capillaries. Carbon
dioxide is absorbed through the skin and affects the activity of individual organs. It improves cardiac performance,
reduces blood pressure, and improves blood circulation in limb blood vessels and tissue nutrition. Carbon dioxide
significantly increases blood circulation in the skin and subcutaneous tissue thereby improving their nutrition,
elasticity and hydration. Therefore, these baths are used for the prevention and treatment of cellulite.

Honey massage

part of nature. Bees honey is an entirely natural product, with beneficial effects on our organisms and skin, as well
as with the hands of a professional masseuse. Honey massages remove toxins from the body. Toxins are found
in peoples sweat glands and cause reduction of immunity. Honey massages will give you new found strength,
energy and will treat your skin perfectly.
Hot stone massage

Massages with hot lava stones is one of the best therapies for total relaxation and regeneration of the organism.
It is done by using special massage touches, hot lava stones and aromatic oils. The combination of heat, touch
and aroma means this massage is one of the Queens of all massages, providing the client with an unforgettable
experience. It uses smooth lava stones heated to 55 C. These stones can accumulate heat very well and their
energy and strength can benefit deep muscle tissue, blood circulation and metabolism. This massage positively
affects muscle tension, blocked parts and tones the autonomic nervous system and therefore significantly
improves sleep disorders, harmonizes periods of long-term stress and because of metabolism acceleration it also
supports therapy for obesity.
