Who can register
More ESL at VCC
VCC offers classes for beginner, intermediate and
advanced learners. VCC welcomes applications from
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention
refugees and international students. Others may
also be permitted. You must be at least 18 years old
to register. For more information, call 604.871.7277.
• VCC ESL tutors are available for free tutoring
in nine public libraries in Vancouver and
Burnaby. Drop in during open hours to study
independently with the help of books, listening
materials and other learning materials. Visit
eslprograms.vcc.ca to find a free VCC learning
centre in a public library near you.
