6. Reset to Default View of Tool
 Every tool is bounded by a box
 A yellow circular arrow on blue title bar
 Click it to reset to default view
 Except for discussion board, click discussion list

7. Prepare for Studying
 Go through introduction / syllabus / course logistics.
 Understand course requirement and assessment scheme.
 If have any inquiry, ask the TA.

8. Studying Tips
 Find readings from Syllabus
 Find materials from “Course Content”
 Video Lectures and related slides grouped in folders
 Lab Manuals (for computing courses)
 Find questions and answers from
“Discussion”

9. Open Video Lectures
 Click blue icon to show table of content and expected time taken
 Click view button to open the video player

10. Ask Question
 If TA is chat room,
 the blue icon indicates it. You may put your question in chat room.
 If TA is not in chat room,
 Search the answer from discussion board
 If not found, share your question there.
 If question is quite personal, send an email to TA directly.

11. Work in Safe Environment
 Finish the timed quizzes on wired network
 Do not perform online tasks in the last minute before deadline
 Disable unnecessary toolbars on browser if encounter problem

12. Other Tips
 Try to finish all available tests, quizzes, assignments even if they are for selfassessment before examinations
 Know your progress from progress report
 Find your score from grade book
 Ask TA if you need any help
