All orders less than $5000 list are subject to an additional $95 net shipping and handling charge.
All requests and accommodations such as: “scheduled delivery”, “inside delivery”, “call before
delivery”, absence of loading dock, inability to accommodate semi trailer truck, expedited shipments, residential delivery, etc. are subject to additional charges.
