Sales & Marketing Executive Appointment 2015 Based: Junction Eleven Studios, Banbury, Oxfordshire Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Reports to: Head of Business Development & Client Services Start Date: ASAP COMPANY OVERVIEW Part of the Cogent Elliott Group, Junction Eleven is a leading purpose-built 15,000 sq ft studio facility, with further offices in London and The Midlands. A 'one stop solution' for any digital imagery requirement. Our services are very flexible. Some clients simply use us for one service i.e. studio hire, photography or retouching, whilst others opt for the complete package to include CGI, film, asset management and design. We are used to working with in-house teams, agencies and other photographers - depending on the services our diverse client base require. JOB PURPOSE As Sales & Marketing Executive you will be joining a dynamic commercial team, which is responsible for business development and the growth of our offer. You will deliver the prospecting activity of the team, with a focus on lead generation across the service portfolio - identifying, targeting and engaging potential new clients for the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Including (but not limited to): • Offline campaign management - data sourcing, campaign delivery and follow up • Telemarketing to identified prospects (either from cold or where relationships already exist) with the aim of setting appointments for the Head of Business Development and Client Services • Networking at suitably identified exhibitions and events • Occasional attendance at credentials and briefing meetings • Maintaining the prospecting database, including data input and de-duplication (training will be given) • Undertaking prospect and competitor research Intellectual Property of Junction Eleven Sales & Marketing Executive Appointment 2015 KEY DELIVERABLES • • • • • • • • • • • To exceed agreed lead generation targets Executing the agreed Sales & Marketing plan Attendance at weekly status meetings Sales forecast reporting Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity To build knowledge of business development principles Speaking with decision makers within both agencies and brands Engaging with potential clients to better understand their needs and businesses Promoting a range of services to specific sectors from an agreed database Relationship building To work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and with other colleagues at all levels in the business KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED • A proven track record in sales, preferably in a telemarketing and/or within a company offering similar services to the creative industry • Understanding of the marketing mix • Strong Microsoft experience – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook all a must • Database experience beneficial but not mandatory • Photographic and Post Production knowledge beneficial but not mandatory • Good research skills – lateral thinking and internet savvy • Ability to manage several projects at once • Ability to plan, prioritise and work on own initiative • Ability to communicate well in writing, on the phone and in person • Good attention to detail • Able to work to deadlines and targets (for number of calls, conversations with decision makers and appointments set) • Good organisational skills and ability to be proactive and think ahead • Outgoing personality – with the ability to ‘get the job done’ • Self-motivated and resilient • A positive, confident and pro-active attitude Intellectual Property of Junction Eleven
