Publications
Register of graduates
The Register of Graduates is an online index of Air Force Academy
graduates and Association of Graduates members. The register is
published in PDF format on the AOG’s Web site annually. It is one of
the most widely-used tools for graduates and AOG members looking to reconnect with lost classmates. Advertising in the Register
of Graduates places your business’ name and (or) product in front
of many of the country’s most influential business and government
decision makers.
Circulation of Register of Graduates
Published annually online in PDF format. Available to approximately 30,000.

Parent
Parent Handbook
The Parent Handbook is a guide that is published annually and
sent out to the parents of current and in-coming Air Force Academy cadets. The handbook contains an abundance of useful
information for parents to gain a better understanding of their
cadet’s Academy experience. With information such as common
military terms, rank structures, a calendar and the cadet schedule,
many parents have told the AOG that the Parent Handbook is a
publication they go to daily. Advertising in the Parent Handbook
provides maximum recognition in a publication that holds high
utility, making your company the first one parents turn to for their
consumer needs. Your company can start a long term relationship
with cadets and their families from day one and enjoy the added
bonus of having a new group of customers each and every year.

E-communications
AOG Web site and WebGuy
The Association of Graduates’ Web site,
www.usafa.org, is the primary communication medium for connecting and engaging with Academy graduates, members, cadets and the at-large public. It
provides visitors with AOG and Academy
news, a list of AOG member and public
services, opportunities to give back to
the Academy and the ability for grads
and members to socially network.
Our Web site’s sister site is WebGuy,
www.usafawebguy.com. WebGuy began
in June 2005 as a simple web blog recounting the daily basic training events in the lives of the newly-arrived freshmen. After becoming an instant phenomenon, the page has been expanded to include extensive daily coverage—the result being that by the summer of 2009, in the 6 weeks between the arrival of
the freshmen and their Acceptance Parade, Alumni Relations succeeded in posting approximately 66,434
photos and 83 video clips. WebGuy has also enjoyed additional success amongst alumni who have commented this coverage has allowed them to see what is currently going on at the Academy, keeping them
more connected to the school.
Both Web sites had over 150,000 unique visitors that contributed to over 7.7 million page views. The
AOG’s Web site and WebGuy provide the best opportunity to not only introduce your brand to consumers but to engage them as well.

bi-weekly electronic newsletter that is sent out
to a subscriber list of approximately 31,000
Academy graduates and AOG members. The
newsletter focuses on providing news about Academy happenings, graduate and cadet accomplishments, and support for sports and issues affecting the AOG. With a 33 percent open rate, sponsoring issues of ZoomiEnews is a great way to gain brand recognition and/or to drive traffic to your Web site, and
