2010 FRANCHISEE RALLIES -Mark your calendar!
With the blizzards of winter behind us, we are headed into the spring and summer ready to
build on last years success! The $5 promotion has raised our volumes to new levels over the past
couple of years and our challenge now is in building our customer base even more. The launch
of the breakfast day part and the upcoming Customer Appreciation Day sale being held in many
of our markets will surely drive new business, but what these customers experience once they
enter our restaurants will determine whether our not they return as loyal customers. Creating an
exceptional customer experience will define our future growth and success! We are excited to
have two exceptional guest speakers at this year’s event: Julian Dent, the strategic planning
consultant for Subway, will present components of the 2015 Strategic Plan showing us where
opportunities exist to attract new customers and how that will impact operations. Jim Byrnes, a
training & development consultant, will help us understand why we must make our customers
count! All franchisees and key staff are invited to attend a day of educational and fun
presentations focused on growing our business and providing an exceptional customer experience. Guest speakers will also include Jeff Moody, CEO of SFAFT, who will present upcoming
media highlights and initial results from the breakfast launch; Our Meet the Vendors forum will
include Coke, Frito-Lay, Wonderlic, Utz, Thomas’, Comcast, PAR POS, Campbell’s, Subway Radio,
New Benefits, Harbor Capital, IPC and Stephano’s Pizza. The future is bright and we have a lot
to be excited about as we head into our busiest season! All of us at SDC look forward to seeing
you at one of the upcoming events!
