Event Calendar
To let the visitor know about the events that we do we will be keeping the event calendar in
the website.
Event calendar is nothing but a simple calendar where we feed the events that will take place
in future. On clicking the specific date s/he can view the events that will take place.
For example
Maximum of top 3 recent events will be displayed in website home page as shown above and to
find more events ‘Go to Event Calendar’ link to be clicked. On clicking ‘Goto Event…’ link the
page shown below will open:

The date marked with red denotes that it has events. On clicking the marked date viewer gets
the event information.
Public notice board
The information such as art shows, art class etc will be published here.
Art Shopping
For the shopping of the art when the buyer clicks on the respective art a webpage with
multiple picture of respective art, artist name, country, art title, art information and it’s price
will be displayed.
On clicking the check out button for the purchase of the art it will redirect to paypal for the
transaction. Once the buyer completes the paypal transaction a notification will be mailed to
you by the website.
With administrative module we can view the order and sales information.

1. Every new change is chargeable. The price quotation will be provided accordingly.
2. Mistakes from our side are not chargeable and will be taken in account as a top

3. 12 Months free support after the successful implementation of the site.
4. Training will be provided by us to the staff on how to use the system.
5. Our company will not be responsible for the unavailability or the damage of the
website due to the misconduct from the client.
6. Damage of the site due to the natural disaster, virus attack, hacking, manhandling of
the system and hardware and software failures which are beyond our reach is not
covered by us.
