Wyndham Halcyon Retreat will be one of the leading resorts of its

open rural grounds will feature unrivalled premier facilities for couples
and families alike.
Within the resort’s ‘Le Village’ area a stunning range of luxury
renovated apartments are available for sale. These will be completed
within 12 months or you receive 0.5% of the purchase price back each
month until completion.
There’s a 7% minimum Leaseback scheme for 10 years from
completion followed by 50%/50% split with the developer NET of costs
on the returns based on the nightly room rate income for the property. Of
course, you can optionally use your property.
With a full ownership purchase you can opt in or out of the fixed 7%
return annually to optimise your rental returns.
We also offer an optional developer assisted resale of 125% after
year 5, rising to 150% after year 10, for added peace of mind.
