TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FULL
1. Offer is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter.
2. To claim a Gift:
a. purchase any two Colgate branded products in the same transaction from a Participating
Store during the Offer Period; and
b. present the receipt for the transaction at the Participating Store’s customer service desk as
proof of purchase.
3. Participating Store means all New Zealand New World stores.
4. The offer commences at 12:01 am NZT 8 February 2016 and closes at the earlier of: 11.59 pm NZT
14 February 2016, or until stocks of the gifts last, or until 15,000 claims are fulfilled (‘Offer Period’).
Claims received after the Offer Period ends will not be accepted. This offer is not valid in conjunction
with any other offer.
5. Gift consists of 1 x Colgate Dora & Diego Tooth Brushing Chart valued at a recommended retail
price of $9.99 (NZD).
6. Gifts are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If the indicated Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a gift of
equal or greater value.
