Accommodations
Dining rooms can be combined and configured to meet your needs. There are minimum charges for each private dining room that is dependent upon day and time of your event. The Event Coordinator will assist you.
Rates do not include sales tax and gratuity and are based upon full evening usage. Rates may be open to negotiation based on date and/or time.

Following is a general guideline for menu selection. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests. Please keep in mind that:
• The menu changes seasonally.
• For parties of 15 or more, we recommend but do not require creating a limited menu
• Selection and number of courses will be determined by your budget.

From Columbia Parkway (Route 50 West):
Turn right on Kemper Lane. At the stop sign, turn left on Lu Ray. Bear right onto Eden Park Drive. Just past
Krohn Conservatory, turn left on Martin Drive. At the foot of the hill, turn right on Hill Street. Take Hill
Street to the end and turn right on Celestial Street.
From Columbia Parkway (Route 50 east):
Take the Martin Drive exit off of Columbia Parkway,
Route 50 East (the exit after the 1-471). At the end of the exit ramp, take a soft left onto Hill Street. Take Hill
Street to the end and turn right on Celestial Street.
From Downtown:
Take 7th Street east to Gilbert Ave. Take Gilbert Ave. to Elsinore Place. At the light, turn right on Elsinore
Place. Proceed up the hill and bear right at the fork in the road to Van Meter. Proceed on Van Meter to the stop sign and turn left onto Monastery St. Proceed up the hill and turn right onto Celestial Street.
From 1-71 Southbound:
Exit 1-71 south at the Reading Rd. /Gilbert Ave. exit.
Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp for Reading Rd. Once the ramp has split between
Gilbert Ave. and Reading Rd., stay in the left lane to turn left on Elsinore Place at the traffic light. Follow the signs for Eden
Park/Mt. Adams. At the next light, cross Gilbert Ave. Proceed up the hill and bear right at the fork in the road (Van Me ter). Proceed on Van Meter to the stop sign and turn left onto
Monastery St. Proceed up the hill and turn right onto

From i-71/i-75 northbound:
Take 1-71/1-75 North to Cincinnati, Oh. On the north
(Ohio) side of the bridge, follow 1-71 North which exits to the right. Follow Route 50 East (Columbia
Parkway) to Martin Drive (the exit after 1-471). At the end of the exit ramp, take a soft left onto Hill Street.
Take Hill Street to the end and turn right on Celestial
Street.
From 1-75 Southbound:
Take 1-75 South toward Downtown Cincinnati. Pass the 5th Street Exit on 1-75 South and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs for Route 50 East, Columbia
Parkway. Proceed to Columbia Parkway. Take the
Martin Drive exit off of Columbia Parkway, Route 50
East (the exit after the 1-471). At the end of the exit ramp, take a soft left onto Hill Street. Take Hill Street to the end and turn right on Celestial Street.
From Greater Cincinnati Airport:
Take 1-275 East towards 1-71/1-
75. Take 1-71/1-75 North to Cincinnati, Oh. On the north (Ohio) side of the bridge, follow 1-71

Planning Your Event s Contact the Event Coordinator to reserve the date, time, and room(s). s Provide an estimated number of guests.
s The Event Coordinator and the Chef will work with you to design a limited menu.
Determining a limited menu ensures no delays with your dinners.
s The Event Coordinator will assist you to determine the configuration of your beverage menu for beer, wine and liquor. s Please advise of any specific needs for your event, such as disabilities, food allergies, etc. s Complementary parking is available directly across the street a nd on the north side of the building.
Cancellation Policy– 28 Days notice
A credit card is required to reserve your event but no deposit is required. We understand that circumstances may demand cancelling a reservation. A 28-day notice of cancellation is required. If cancellation occurs less than 28 days prior to your event, the credit card on file will be charged $20 per person. menu Confirmation– 7 Days
Final menu and beverage choices must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Final Count – 4 Days
A confirmed head count is required 4 business days prior to the event. All charges will be based upon the final count, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is larger.
