Know your numbers so you can train more
efficiently and effectively! A VO2 test

recorded information will be used to calculate
your PERSONAL TARGET INTENSITY ZONES,
which reveal the most effective way for you
to achieve your wellness goals. Perfect for all
levels of fitness.

YMCA PROGRESSIVE SOCCER
We are providing a new level of skill
development and an exciting new experience
in our soccer programs! Arrive for the day/
time you have registered. Receipt is class
confirmation. Retain copy of info sheet
attached to registration to refer to start day
information.
How It Works: The first step is "Soccer
Minikicks," a child's introduction to soccer, and
the development of individual player skills.
The "Recreational" and "Rec Plus" programs
introduce children to the small sided game
of 4 v 4. For ages 8+, children can choose to
participate in our "in-house recreational plus
program"
MiniKicks - Fundamentals ages 2-5
(4 week classes): MiniKicks is designed
to creatively introduce your child to the
game of soccer in a fun non-competitive
environment focusing on individual soccer
skills development with lots of touches on
the ball. Mini-kicks classes offer parents and
children the opportunity to have fun together
by participating in a variety of soccer games.
In-House Program for Recreational & Rec
Plus Players (5 & up): The Fishers YMCA
Soccer Recreational (5 & up) & Rec Plus
Programs (8 & up) have been specifically
designed to increase the level of enjoyment
and quality of play among our younger
athletes. Training sessions for these players
emphasize instruction through FUN by
encouraging freedom of expression and
organized play in 4 v 4 small sided games.

FOOTBALL THREE POSITION
GAME-READY CLINIC
(Ages 6-11yrs) Three Position Football is the
ultimate training tool where every athlete
touches the ball on every play. Athletes train
using Pass-Catch-Defend skill sets while
developing leadership, following instructions
and becoming self-reliant through strategic
play calling. Unique TPF rules keep players
equally engaged for the best and safest
workout in youth football. Leadership
opportunities are developed by designating
a participant each series as the "coach" who
calls the play for players to execute. This is
a great way to learn game-speed techniques
and improve passing, catching and defending
on the run. Download our online registration/
