Participants needed MERGE: Game-Based Training in Virtual Environments The purpose of this research is to understand the application of emerging Unmanned Ground Systems and mixed-initiative teams for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. Specifically, this research focuses on virtual training technologies and strategies for a Tactical Operations Center operator to monitor, prioritize, and coordinate unmanned system(s) video and communication sources for mixed-initiative ISR missions. The specific objective of this experiment is to compare the effects between various Serious Games training strategies for ISR. Participants will be made aware of the experiment restrictions prior to signing up for the experiment through the IST SONA System. Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to participate: o 18 to 40 years old o U.S. Citizenship o Normal or corrected to normal vision o Not colorblind Compensation for this study is $10 per hour of participation.
