Dr. Luis Saldivia works in the Mathematics group as an Assessment Specialist.
For much of his career at ETS, Dr. Saldivia has served as a test developer for a
variety of assessments including the General Record Examination (GRE), the
General Record Examinations Mathematics Subject (GRE-Mathematics), the
General Management Admission Test (GMAT), the Praxis teacher licensing
examinations, the Examen de Admisión a Estudios de Posgrado (EXADEP), and
a number of College Board programs including the SAT, the CLEP College
Algebra, and the AP Calculus, among others. Dr. Saldivia has also been
involved in several research projects and has served as the liaison between the
research department and the Mathematics group at ETS. Dr Saldivia was a
Member of the audit team that conducted the external review of the Chilean
higher education admission test Pruebas de Selección Universitaria (PSU) and a
member of the audit team that conducted an external review of the State Student
Admission Committee of Azerbaijan. He is currently a member of the Fairness
Review Group, responsible for the fairness and sensitivity reviews of ETS’ tests.

Item and Test Development for agencies from around the world.
