Combined drive drilling rig
The rig’s drive mode is that the diesel
engines provide power and
integrated chain compound box
transmits power. Draw-works adopts
sealed chain transmission with
hydraulic disc brake, etc. Draw-works
and Mud Pump are driven uniformly.
Rotary Table is driven by AC
frequency converter and equipped
with VFD system; K type mast;
Substructure adopts box on box type
or spin-lifting type; Mast and
substructure are installed at ground
level and raised integrally.
Electric-drive drilling rig
The drive mode of DC electric-drive drilling rig is
AC-SCR-DC, while AC electric-drive drilling rig is
AC-DC-AC; it is equipped with a complete diesel
generator as the power source. Draw-works
adopts hydraulic disc brake and the EATON
auxiliary brake，etc. Draw-works, Mud Pump
and Rotary Table can be driven by independent
motors (Rotary table can be driven compound).
K type mast, self-lifting or spin-lifting
substructure, mast and substructure are raised
integrally. The rig is controlled concentrative in
Driller’s control cabin and achieves automatic
bit feeding function. The auxiliary brake of ACVFD drilling rig is dynamic brake.

Technical performance
The casing is casting steel and steel plate welding structure, the basement is steel casting, it welded
with steel plate after coarsely machining, and finish machining after integral annealing for stress
elimination.
Transmission gear is harden tooth spiral bevel gear drive, have higher loading capacity, smooth
running and long service life.
The input shaft is alloy forging by quench hardening and tempering, has good mechanical property,
fit for big torsional moment operation. chain wheel and flange can be equipped on the shaft end,
meet the requirement of all transmission mode.
Master bushing adopt alloy casting steel, it has high rigidity and reliable performance.

Technique Performances and Structure Features
Chain compound operation adopts integrate welded
box, it has compact structure, high efficiency and long
service life, it’s unnecessary to remove chain when
move the rig, so it can save time and lower cost.
The main bearings of every shaft in Chain
Transmission Box is double row spherical surface
roller bearing. They are designed for high load and
self-alignment. The bushing bearings adopt spherical
surface roller bearing and cylindrical roller bearings.
Pneumatic tube and disc-pull clutches are used,
possess good torque transmission and are convenient
for installation and maintenance.
Drilling Rig Components
Adopting pressure lubrication with thin oil makes the
chain lubricated sufficiently. lubrication system
installed inside the box, so that to protect the oil from
leaking, light oil consumption.

Sucker Rod Pump
The pump barrel machined by using the high
quality special-purpose blank, the internal
surface has the chrome-plating or the nickle
phosphorus compound plating superficial
strengthening processing to achieve the good
intensity, the rigidity, wear-resistance and
anticorrosion.
The plunger surface uses the nickel base alloy
powder to spurt welding to achieve good
wear-resistance and anticorrosion ability.
The valve ball and the valve seat made by
using high-carbon chromium stainless steel or
ceramics or tungsten carbide material to
achieve longer life span.
The product confirms to API Specification 11AX
and other related standards, authorized to use the

Special petroleum pipes
ULS can produce massively Grade J55, N80, T95
and P110 flush and external upset tubing and
casing of all specifications.
At present, we have already three production
lines of normal and upset tubing and casing with
capacity of 50,000 TPA.
We are one of a few domestic manufacturers
that are able to make a variety of drill collars by
