Please note unpaid reservation within one (1) month will not be considered as a valid registration unless fully paid and confirmed. INSURANCE. The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. To cancel and receive a refund of your registration for the RAC-CETCON 2014, you must submit a refund request in writing, email, or fax the request to the registration team by July 31, 2014. Refunds will NOT be issued after this date. We would like to point out that participation can be cancelled with the following refund percentage: Cancellation before June 1, 2014. 80% of the payment is refunded. Cancellation from June 1 to July 31, 2014. 30% of the payment is refunded. Cancellation after July 31, 2014. Payment is no longer refundable. No show. No show will be charged at full.
