Customer Speak I must commend the service attention I enjoyed at your branch in Wuse Market in Abuja. On a trip to Kaduna, I used the ATM at the branch to withdraw the sum of ten thousand naira; though the machine did not dispense the stated amount, I received a debit alert. I immediately lodged a complaint with the Branch Head, Mr. Uche Okere, who assisted me by giving me the money from his own purse as I needed the fund for my trip. I then filled out a request form to have the debit reversed and another form authorizing the transfer of funds to Mr. Okere as soon as the reversal was effected. Your officer's customer-centric nature and passion is highly commendable and coveted as it came in handy at a critical time. I must say that gestures of this kind are rare, especially in Nigeria where trustworthy people are hard to come by.
