There are a number of exciting additions to our program as well as tried true favorites, ensuring
that you are getting the most out of your meal plan!
• Enjoy a delicious and refreshing smoothie at Jamba Juice located in Weinstein Food
Court.
• Stop by Hayden Dining if you are looking for a wide array of vegetarian and vegan
options.
• The Marketplace at The Kimmel Center offers a variety of international and traditional
dining choices.
• Don’t forget to try Argo Tea or Peet’s Coffee & Tea to warm you up on a brisk day.
Tapingo: Wait Less/Live More
NYU Dining is pleased to introduce Tapingo Mobile Ordering to Meal Plan members. With
Tapingo you can order your food from your phone, pay for it in- app and your order will be
waiting when you arrive - it's that easy! Tapingo allows you to skip the line and get right to
eating.
NYU Poly Meal Plan
Remember your NYU Poly meal plan is valid in all dining locations on the Washington Square
campus. We look forward to seeing you in Washington Square!
NYU Kimmel Center for University Life and Global Center for Academic and Spiritual
Life
NYU Conference and Event Services
The Kimmel Center offers a variety of event and meeting spaces with amenities including
catering, presentation and video conference technology. We provide state-of-the-art conference
services in the heart of the Washington Square campus.
KimmelOneStop Reservation System
Students and student organizations can log on to the KimmelOneStop to reserve space for events,
meetings, rehearsals and other needs; general resources include printers, vending machines and
lockers.
Kimmel Digital Signage Network
The Kimmel Center for University Life and Global Center for Academic and Spiritual Life have
installed a new complex-wide system of integrated informational screens. Advertise your event
on the new Kimmel Digital Signage Network with an image, a video, or a plain-text message.
Kimmel Galleriers
The Kimmel Gallery program presents about a dozen art shows a year on gallery walls
throughout the complex; proposals for new shows are always welcome.
NYU Community
All members of the NYU community are invited to use the lounge and study spaces, cafeteria
and vending options, and computer stations.
NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts
Performances:
The 860-seat Skirball Center offers a unique multi-arts program of music, theatre, dance, speaker
series and family programing.

Cirque Eloize brings CIRKOPOLIS to Skirball for the NYC premiere of this international circus

Upcoming: Visions+Voices: China
VISIONS + VOICES: CHINA series offers a passport to Chinese culture by way of four distinct,
contemporary and cutting edge performances ranging from mesmerizing dance to an
experimental take on a classic Shakespeare drama. January-May 2014.
Big Red Chair Family Series
Special programming for children, families and students to experience the wonder and
excitement of live performance. Recent artists include Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train Live and

Promotions
Discounted tickets are available for a wide range of performances and events. $15 student tickets
are available and faculty/staff receive discounts ranging from 15%-60% off the regular ticket
price (available at the Box Office with your NYU ID, or online via NYU Home).
Ticket Central
NYU Ticket Central is NYU’s clearinghouse for tickets to the movies, Broadway and OffBroadway shows, sporting events, musical concerts and more, all at a reduced price, and
sometimes free.
NYU Bookstore
Promotions
Sign up in store and receive advanced notice on sales, events, and special programs and
promotions. Faculty and staff receive a 15% discount every day on most items excluding
computers and Ferragamo ties and scarves.
Computer Hardware and Software Available
Faculty, staff, and students have access to educationally priced hardware and software in our
Computer Store. Site licensing programs at excellent prices are also available.
NYU Authors
Faculty authors can request to have their books displayed in our Trade Book section with a
special “NYU Faculty” indicator.
Textbook purchases
Students have access to electronic textbooks, and both in-house and on-line textbook rental
programs. Students can use our web site to price compare across the internet and make their best
purchasing decisions. No need to go anywhere else.
NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering Merchandise
We have a growing selection of NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering branded merchandise.
