UCLA Extension and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville
Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain Management Certificate
Completion of the UCLA Extension Supply Chain Management equates to 12 graduate credits in the UWPlatteville Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain Management program, under the following
stipulations:
1) The UCLA Extension Supply Chain Management must be completed before student is admitted to the
Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain Management.
2) Completion of the UCLA Extension certificate in Supply Chain Management (32 units) equates to 12
graduate credits in the UW-Platteville MS in Integrated Supply Chain Management.
3) A grade of “B” or better must be earned in all coursework from UCLA Extension certificate to be
eligible for transfer into the UW-Platteville MS in Integrated Supply Chain Management. The
required certificate courses totaling 32 units are eligible for transfer of 12 semester credits to UWPlatteville’s MS in Integrated Supply Chain Management program upon admission thereto.
