Mr. Keith has an extensive background in the healthcare industry. He
is responsible for safeguarding the assets of the corporations and recording, reporting and analyzing financial activities, computer technical support and training preparation of facility budgets, annual budgets, annual audits, Medicaid cost reports and audits, tax returns, bank
reconciliations, cash management and investment management for
each of our communities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Dr. Harris is responsible for establishing a meaningful relationship
between WRC and its related churches. He communicates the organization’s ministry as an extension of the churches’ outreach to the elderly. Dr. Harris is also responsible for the WRC Foundation, the benevolent arm of WRC. He holds a degree in Religion and Business
Administration and is a seminary graduate. He completed his Doctor
of Ministry in 1979 and has pastored Presbyterian congregations. Dr.
Harris joined the organization in 1995.

Mr. Griffing has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, both
owning and operating long-term care communities, and has consulted

Ms. Klein is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources from administering company policies & procedures to ensuring compliance of standards & guidelines related to employment and

Mr. Hachmeister has the responsibility of overseeing marketing and
sales for each of the managed communities. He has had extensive marketing experience in both expansion and new start up communities.
“Hack” has served older adults since 1988 in both marketing and operations. He has served as Executive Director at St. Mark Village,
Palm Harbor, and Freedom Village, Bradenton. Prior to entering the
retirement field, Mr. Hachmeister spent 22 years in the better retail
department store industry in both marketing/sales promotion and operations. He attended the University of Illinois majoring in both Business Administration and Marketing. He has been with the organization

permitted construction projects for all the managed communities. He
serves as the main consultant for costs and feasibility for new construction, remodeling, additions, and other related activities. Mr. Cook

General Contractor’s license, is a licensed Interior Designer, Asbestos

Mrs. Buttery is responsible for the day to day accounting and financial
reporting functions of the organization, including ensuring the security
and integrity of financial transactions, preparation of the financial
statements for internal use, as well as external financial reporting as
required by regulatory agencies. Her responsibilities include coordinating and directing the annual independent audits, and preparation of
all federal and state tax reporting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in
accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Buttery joined
