A Building Administrator is a full time staff member residing in that building that has the authority to make decisions and carry out duties which affect comfort, convenience, safety and energy conservation. The Building Administrator is the Chief Administrator in charge of his/her building at the direction of the President and is ultimately responsible for the well-­‐being of the facility.
