This Understanding covers specific responsibilities to be undertaken by BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE and by Drexel University Online, The letter of understanding is divided into two sections. Section I is the basic understanding governing this specific project undertaken by BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE with Drexel University Online, Section II focuses on the financial arrangement between BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE and Drexel University Online. An addendum provides information on the various bachelor and graduate degree and certificate programs covered under the agreement with the associated current tuition rate and discount that will be applied. Students can access information on general course transferability on collegetransfer.net and when applying for a Drexel University Online Program, students will have the opportunity to receive a more individualized Transfer Credit Evaluation that provides specific information on how that student's individual courses will transfer to Drexel. SECTION I: Roles of BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE and Drexel University Online Drexel University Online will: • Waive the application fee for BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE students applying to Drexel University Online. • To serve as a basis for evaluation of the program, Drexel University Online will provide aggregate statistical information regarding application, applicant credentials and admissions decisions, in additional to aggregated academic progress data. This information will be shared annually with BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE. • Develop and maintain a web page specifically for the use of BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE students, both current and graduates, as well as employees and immediate family members, listing all online educational courses in this Letter of Understanding that will be offered at a reduced tuition rate, as stated in this Letter of Understanding. • Manage all course registrations placed through the BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE Drexel University Online web page. • Produce at no cost to BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE any marketing materials related to BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE - Drexel University Online partnership. Neither party is authorized by the other party under this agreement to act on behalf of or in the name of the other party. Neither party shall have the authority to bind the other in contract, debt or otherwise. This document constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous agreements entered into. This document shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and shall be deemed to have been accepted in said state. It may not be changed orally. Drexel University Online will provide students with the forms required by Drexel University for access to the deferred billing program, which permits deferred payment of tuition until the first week of classes of the next term.
