Our students know that you can “start here and transfer anywhere!” STCC has a number of specific transfer agreements with prestigious colleges and universities, both public and private, region-wide. For example, if you maintain good grades at STCC, you are automatically accepted for transfer as a junior to any Massachusetts state college or university. Our transfer agreements ensure that the courses you take at STCC are equivalent to those at the school to which you are transferring. MassTransfer Program The Department of Higher Education has implemented a statewide transfer program called MassTransfer. The MassTransfer program policy is for any student in the Massachusetts public higher education system who completes and satisfies the 34 credit general education transfer block. STCC graduates of these degree programs will be guaranteed full transferability of their credits to the Massachusetts state universities and the University of Massachusetts campuses.
