I understand that by signing and dating this Award Letter I give Central Christian College the authority to process and
disburse the said amount of aid in this notice (including loans).
If a PLUS loan is listed as an award and I accept it, I understand that a credit check is necessary to proceed.
I must illustrate the ability to benefit from a college education in order to receive financial aid by providing Central
Christian College with one of the following: an official high school transcript with graduation date, a copy of a high
school diploma with seal and signature, or a high school equivalent such as a GED.
I must be enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) to receive any Kansas Board of Regents
award. I must be enrolled at least three-quarter time (minimum of 9 credit hours per semester) to receive Central
Christian College scholarships and grants. I must be enrolled at least half-time (minimum of 6 credit hours per
semester) to receive a Federal Stafford Loan, or Perkins Loan.
I must maintain satisfactory academic progress for my Federal Aid eligibility as explained in the College Catalog.
If I withdraw during a semester, I understand that the refund policies and procedures as explained in the College
Catalog will be implemented.
A grant, a loan, or an on-campus job may be revoked at any time if:
a. There is evidence that the conditions of financial need and merit are not as presented in the original Student
Aid Report (SAR).
b. I owe a refund on a federal / state grant or loan.
c. I am in default on a student loan.
If I, or a parent in the case of a Parent PLUS loan, accept a federal loan, I understand that information about this loan
may be submitted to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) and may be accessible by myself, and authorized
agencies, lenders, and other institutions.
If government funding to the College is reduced or if information I supplied is altered subsequent to this Financial Aid
Award Notice, a revision of my award may be necessary.
10. Kansas Board of Regents awards (Kansas State Scholarship, Kansas Comprehensive Grant, Ethnic Minority Grant)
require specific cumulative grade point averages, financial aid eligibility, full-time enrollment, and Kansas residency.
The Kansas Comprehensive Grant requires students to maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined in the
college catalog.
11. CCC is required by Federal Law to direct you to information regarding our athletic participation rates when an offer of
athletic aid is given. Please visit http://www.centralchristian.edu/consumer-information and click on Equity in
Athletics Report. This link also provides valuable consumer information regarding Central Christian College.
12. Before receiving any Federal Work-Study checks, a Verification form and an I-9 form will need to be completed.
13. My academic scholarship given by Central Christian College may be partially or fully funded by a named scholarship.
AWARD DISBURSEMENT
Students can expect to have their financial aid awards disbursed and/or credited to their account 30 to 60 days after the start
of classes for each semester. However, if the Financial Aid Office hasn’t received a valid Student Aid Report (SAR) and all
supporting financial documents at the start of classes, students can expect to receive their awards twenty days after we
receive the valid documents.

Tuition and Fees are based on Full-Time status (12 for Online/EXCEL or 12-16 credit hours per semester/term) Any
hours taken above these limits will incur extra costs.
Students taking Aviation or Education Courses may have additional fees associated with those courses. Call the
Financial Aid office for assistance in planning accordingly for those expenses.
All students must have insurance, if a student is not insured the school will assist them in setting up insurance. Call
the Financial Aid office for assistance in planning accordingly for those expenses.
Those who reside in Gillespie will incur a $25 housekeeping fee per semester.

Satisfactory Academic Progress
Federal law and College regulations establish that all students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) during their
enrollment at the College, to remain eligible for Federal Title IV aid and institutional aid. Students at Central Christian College of
Kansas must meet the following requirements to remain in good standing.

GPA - Students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA:
o Associate Programs: 2.00
o Bachelor Programs:
 0-32.99 Hours: 1.70
 33-59.99 Hours: 1.85
 60+: 2.00
Pace - Students must earn at least 66.67% of all credits they attempt (Earned Hours/Attempted Hours).
Maximum Timeframe- Students must complete their degrees within 150% of the published program length.
o Traditional Associate Programs: 96 Attempted Credits
o Traditional Bachelor Programs: 192 Attempted Credits
o Non-Traditional Programs: 180 Attempted Credits
