Stay and Play: Support children’s early learning by talking, singing, and sharing activities in a safe and stimulating environment. A place for grown-ups to meet and share parenting experiences. Last entry 45minutes before end of sessions. Mini Library: An opportunity to borrow one book at a time from our Mini Library. Books must be returned within 2 weeks and in good condition. Family Support Clinic: Offers practical and emotional support dealing with problems such as managing a budget, improving confidence, managing children’s behaviour and more. Our practitioner Miha offers one-to-one counselling sessions. Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities: A 13 week course for Hackney dads, mums and other carers. Topics include: Enhancing Relationships, Positive Discipline, Culture, Rites of Passage, Community Involvement. Refreshments and crèche provided for all sessions. Sing and Sign with Corin: This course will teach you how to use Makaton signs and music to support your child's development and communication skills. Babies group: 6-18 months, toddlers group: 19-36 months. ICT Level 1: This is an accredited course for those who have achieved an Entry Level 3 Certificate or already have some computers skills. The course covers word processing using MS Word, spreadsheets using MS Excel and presentation Using PowerPoint.
