A Message from the Chair
It is with great pleasure, I want to welcome presenters, organizing
committee members, reviewers and session chairs to our sixth
conference dealing with global leadership and management issues.
This conference is designed to serve as an important meeting for the
discussion and exchange of ideas and information to enhance

and challenges faced by leaders and managers in the new global
environment.
This document contains abstracts in several important subject areas
of leadership and management. The collection abstracts exhibit an excellent selection of
quality submissions. The authors are from various organizations located in different
parts of the country. Please note that proceedings of this conference will be available soon
