This conference is designed to serve as an important meeting for the discussion and exchange of ideas and information to enhance understanding, appreciation, and cooperation among diverse groups of professionals. The sessions and the papers deal with opportunities and challenges faced by leaders and managers in the new global environment. This document contains abstracts in several important subject areas of leadership and management. The collection abstracts exhibit an excellent selection of quality submissions.
