3. The rental period starts from the day the equipment is collected
or delivered from the Aidacare showroom until the equipment is
returned, a minimum of two weeks rental applies to all agreements.
4. Aidacare can end a hire agreement and collect equipment if:

A deposit is not required for rentals paid by credit
card deductions. If equipment is deemed not to be
returned in satisfactory condition, the client will be
liable for any restoration costs; such charges will be
debited to the nominated credit card. The nominated
credit card will be debited four weeks in advance for
all on-going rental costs or until such time the rental
agreement is finalised.

Rental paid by cash, cheque or bank deposits will require a deposit.
An invoice will be posted for four weeks rental in advance. If
equipment is deemed not to be returned in satisfactory condition,

right to recover such costs. Deposit refunds will be sent to the
client’s specified address via cheque within 5 working days, no cash
