Prof. Dhir is a psychologist and a multi-skilled, higher education professional with more
than 22 years of teaching experience including 10 years at S.P. Jain Institute of
Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, India, one of India’s leading B-schools. In
management education, she specializes in Organizational behaviour, Leadership and
Personal Growth Labs and intertwines western frameworks with eastern processes.She
conducts regular personal and professional counseling for the MBA students as an ongoing
process. Her 12 years of corporate training include designing and delivery of management
development programs, training, and consultancy. Her research interest lies in the areas of
Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Attribution
of Responsibility and Emotional Intelligence.She has to her credit a number of articles and
cases in peer reviewed journals.
She has been awarded a Erasmus Mundus Scholarship from European Union. She is also
associated with European Business School, Germany as an external contributor for Quest 3C
an interdisciplinary simulation and has conducted a program, ‘Identifying the Leader in
You’ for students across courses at Reutlingen University, Germany.She conducts regular
personal and professional counseling for the MBA students as an ongoing process at SPJIMR.
She has completed a certificate course from Harvard Business School on Global Colloquium
on Participant-Centered Learning (GCPCL) and a certificate course on Leadership Beyond
Boundaries (LBB) and Training the Trainers program on Leadership Development from
Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), USA.
