EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This course will empower managers to develop skills as leaders and enable them to communicate
effectively, develop and strengthen existing and future teams. It will provide a lively and engaging
learning forum on the leadership challenges facing managers within today’s changing financial
services scenario.
The 2 day programme is highly interactive, and adopts a workshop-style approach, with use of
trainer-led input sessions enhanced with experiential, participative exercises such as case studies,
video discussions, management games and self analysis questionnaires.
