2.0 Testing Work Flow 测试流程
Intertek will test Sears final products according to Sears testing protocols, unless otherwise specified by Sears. The
samples shall be submitted with Intertek test requisition form (see appendix) to any of the listed Intertek laboratories
where is the most convenient to your location.
Intertek 根据 Sears 测试方案提供成品测试服务，Sears 另有规定的除外。请将测试样品和 Intertek 测试申请表 (见附录) 一
起寄至 Intertek 实验室。
3.0 Turnaround Time 测试周期
Turnaround time is set forth as below, but could be affected if insufficient samples are submitted and additional samples
are requested.
测试周期如下，但在测试样品不足或需补样板的情况下，此周期会受到一定影响。

4.0 Sample Size 样品数量
To ensure the testing completion in a rapid and smooth way, minimum 3 pieces of the finished product and additional
packaging materials are recommended. Each test protocol indicates the sample size in the last section.
为保证测试迅速和顺利的完成，建议安排至少3件的成品和额外的包装材料送测。样品数量已在测试方案中列出。
5.0 Test Requirements 测试要求
Sears has created a set of test protocols for all product categories including hardlines and softlines. You can contact
Intertek customer services team to have the latest test protocol on your products.

6.0 Test Results and Report Distribution 测试结果和报告分发
The test report will be sent to the applicants, agent (if any) and Sears via email in pdf format. The hardcopy report and
invoice could be delivered to the applicants by express mail service or post mail per request.
测试报告将发至测试申请人，代理人（如有）及 Sears 的邮箱。测试报告和发票将通过快递或邮递方式，寄至根据测试申请
人所提供的地址。
