6 KINGDOMS AND VIRUSES
Have you ever wanted to use Facebook in school? Even better, have you ever been allowed to use Facebook in class?
Now’s your chance! You and your group will be creating a Facebook Fan Page for one of the 6 kingdoms or for viruses!
Your Fan Page must include:





Profile picture (16 likes)
The “About” section must be filled out with the characteristics of your kingdom (16 likes)
5 pictures with examples of organisms from your kingdom (16 likes)
1 event/milestone about your kingdom (16 likes)
5 status updates with cool facts or information about your kingdom (16 likes)
o This will include prokaryote/eukaryote, hetertroph/autotroph, asexual/sexual reproduction
Your group will be presenting your page to the class. The presentation must include:



The name of your kingdom (6 likes)
The characteristics of your kingdom (7 likes)
3 example organisms from your kingdom (7 likes)
Your Fan Page is worth 80 likes. Your presentation is worth 20 likes, and your classmates will be contributing to the amount
of likes you get for it. Your grade will be out of 100 likes in total. You may use your Fan Page for your presentation, in fact, I
highly suggest it.
*If you are caught on a Facebook page that is not your kingdom, your group will have 10 likes deducted from the final score.
