THE BREAKFAST
A magnificent breakfast lounge is
located in the former small stable. A large
breakfast buffet is available from 7.00 am
to 10.30 am on week days and from 7.00
am to 12.00 pm during weekends. The
buffet includes organic and local
produce, an ample selection of breads
and pastries, sweet and savoury items,
and a wide variety of fresh produce.
And if they prefer, guests can opt for a
pleasant awakening to a continental breakfast served in their room.
THE BRASSERIE RESTAURANT & THE BAR
The Brasserie restaurant Les Haras is accessible and open to all and can seat 140
people on 2 levels. The terrace located in the sumptuous and peaceful inner
courtyard has 100 place settings in the summer.
The cuisine is modern and has a welcoming and friendly touch. It was imagined by
Marc Haeberlin, chef at the three-star restaurant L’Auberge de l’Ill. The great classics
of French cuisine will be proposed along with local Alsatian dishes, as well as food
with worldwide influences.
Tapas and other finger foods are served during lunch and dinner times in the lounge
bar, which can seat 50 people and gathers cocktail friends in the evening.
The private lounge La Yourte can be rented by groups of 10 to 25 people.
THE SEMINAR ROOMS AT THE BIOCLUSTER
On the Haras site, a conference room (Biocluster) which can seat up to 90 people in
a theater disposition and equipped with the latest technology, is at your disposal in
this historical location. It can be divided into two rooms. A second room of 24 m² can
host 10 to 12 people. The lobby of the Biocluster can welcome up to 150 persons
during a cocktail.
