Morning • Guest speaker Charles Yun, Program Manager for Science and Engineering for Internet2, will discuss the ways advanced networking is being used to enhance research and learning. • Guest speaker Jennifer MacDougall, Applications Coordinator for MAGPI, will demonstrate the NJIT Access Grid, which will allow for multi-site video conferencing. Designed for research, Internet2 allows for multi-point video conferencing, remote instrumentation, large database sharing, and advanced distance collaboration.
