Important Information
Correspondence:
U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the
same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified
copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well
as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a
photo ID is also required. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port
(such as our 2008 Alaska cruises and Hawaii cruises) a valid passport or other WHTI-compliant document is
required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non US citizens
must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. For more information, please visit us at
www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/New_Passport_Requirement.aspx. You have requested that fax correspondence be
sent toand email correspondence sent to IRAQIBOYS357@YAHOO.COM
Marketing and Group Rates:
Carnival reserves the right to deny booking to groups that may be disruptive to
the cruise experience for other guests on the ship or whose activities or message are inconsistent with the
family-friendly experience. It is important to our company that we protect our brand in booking, marketing and in
the use of public spaces on board our ships for properly sanctioned activities that are consistent with the image
Carnival has chosen to portray. Guiding principles for marketing the Carnival brand in print, media, interactive
and/or press releases are: the marketing should promote a positive brand image; marketing should not promote
activities that are inappropriate or detrimental such as excessive drinking, rowdiness, lewdness or any illegal
activities. Marketing that we, in our sole discretion, deem unacceptable may result in cancellation of the group,
cancellation of unsold cabins or discontinuation of further sales . Carnival's cancellation policy shall be applicable
to any cancelled bookings. Carnival will also not be liable for any costs or losses as a result of improper marketing
and no reimbursement of marketing costs for agent/promoter will be provided. Carnival is further not responsible
for any damages, including consequential damages that may result from the discontinuation of marketing of a
cruise or cancellation or cut off of sales of a particular group booking. Group pricing for individual tickets is the
responsibility of the group organizer. Tickets will not display pricing but rather will state “AS AGREED.” It is the
group organizer’s responsibility to appropriately price and fully communicate the pricing to the group’s members.
Group rates may not be displayed on the internet, in newspaper, on radio, or TV. Group rates may be displayed
through direct mail, targeted Email, or flyers. Group departures and rates may be marketed on a specific
organization’s private website or through an organization’s newsletter. Radio and TV may be used only to market to
specific interest groups or to market theme sailings.
Reviews: The Sailing Support Department will contact the group organizer as needed to review the group’s
progress. Your cooperation is requested in providing a timely response. If your group is booked on our Fly-Aweigh
program we must be advised of the number of air seats required from each departure city, and updated on the
number of seats sold from each city. Carnival reserves the right to recall all or part of a group’s unsold space and/or
require a rooming list at any time.
Guest Changes: Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines’ discretion. Name changes are
subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There will be a service fee for any correction involving
names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post
cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.
All amounts are quoted in U.S.Dollars
All rates and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.
Cancellation of Fly-Aweigh guests may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier.
Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable.
No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance such as
Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan.
· Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Carnival may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Carnival's
vessels. In the case of groups larger than 150 staterooms, different terms and conditions may apply - consult the group department.
· Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
· Any unsold space must be released prior to the full penalty date noted above or cancellation penalties will be assessed.
