Young Renter: Minimum rental age at most locations is 18 for travelers renting vehicles for official business purposes. No additional
charges will be assessed for youthful drivers.
One-Way Fee: No additional fees for one-way rentals within 500 miles of renting location. For one-ways greater than 500 miles, a differential
rate of $65.00 per day will be charged. One-ways subject to availability.
Exclusions: Base Rental Rates do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, refueling, or delivery charges.
Early Pick Up: Within New York, travelers are allowed to pick up a rental vehicle at any home-city location, during the last hour of Enterprise
Rent-A-Car’s business day and have the charges start the very next day at 8:00am This holds true for weekend travel also, even
when offices are closed on Sundays. (i.e. Pick up Saturday during last hour of business, charges start Sunday morning at 8:00am)

This price agreement contain additional terms and conditions regarding eligibility for use of long term rentals. As such, long term rental rates
are not loaded into this account. Long term rentals will need to have the actual length of rental disclosed at the beginning of the rental period
and booked in advance.

Contract ID Number X Z 2 4 A 1 9 will provide renters with the State of New York’s rates and rules at both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and
National Car Rental. OGS recommends using Citibank VISA for payment when renting vehicles.

 SUB-ACCOUNT NUMBERS
Overview:
Each department/agency or organization has unique customer number that can be used at both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car
Rental. That number should be used in order to track the activity of each department. If you do not know your department/agency’s
unique account number, please reach out to your travel coordinator/travel unit, or use the primary account number above (X Z 2 4 A 1 9 ).
National Car Rental Billing:
Direct billing requires both the appropriate Primary Account Number (above) as well as an additional ID number
unique to your department, organization or entity. Your additional ID number created for billing with National Car Rental will
NOT work at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car Billing:
For direct billing with Enterprise, use your already established billing account number instead of the primary account
number. Your Enterprise Rent-A-Car billing account number will NOT work at National Car Rental.

christopher.demicco@ehi.com. Billing accounts are subject to a credit check approval process for any non-state agency/organization
