HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN NAVIKON
Company’s core QHSE mindset is, that all accidents are
preventable so that a ‘zero harm’ to personnel, material and
non-material assets can be achieved.
What we want to emphasize, that we strictly obey the EU
directives, under which the employers are responsible for the
health and safety of the workers. As required we assess risks
and take practical measures to protect the health and safety
of our workers, we keep accident records, provide information
and training, consult employees and cooperate as well as
coordinate measures with contractors.

Access towers
The design built according to the NORSOK M501, NORSOK E-001, DNV
OSC401 Oct.2010, DNV OS-B101, DNV 2.7-3 standards.
On the design used: sliping aluminum platform.
ROV hangars
Navikon built ROV hangars, 135 tons of steel each, according by
NORSOK M-501 and DNV standards, equipped.
Navikon produces heavy lifting gears up to 1000 Tons under DNV rules.
We perform an application of hydro-dynamic spraying in controlled
weather conditions using the proper set of devices. Our staff is highly
skilled and experienced with the certificates from Department of
Electrochemistry Corrosion and Materials Engineering - Faculty of
Chemistry Gdańsk University of Technology, meeting the requirements
of the Frosio Inspector.
All our products receive the painting passport.

Depending on requirements containers are insulated with fire rated panels or rockwool/glass wool system and equipped with doors,
windows, air ducts, lightening, cable trays, sockets, equipment foundation and customised technological equipment.
SPREFIX insulation system used in offshore industry is based on the insulation of rock
wool/ glass wool (applied by spraying), which compared to the traditional way of
insulation gives a lot of additional advantages like:
• higher quality of insulation layer,
• lack of „cold bridges”,
• lack of „welding pins”,
• insulated surface can be directly painted.
