- Students can correctly use the simple present tense. Especially, students will be able to add “s”
or “es” to the verbs when using third personal singular pronouns “he”, “she” or “it”.

- Some simple actions, e.g. having a shower, doing homework, getting up early etc.

2 Teacher presents the uses of simple present tense
and the word “every day”

3 Teacher clearly presents the difference between the
above two.
4 Teacher seeks choral response

requested to act out the
action written on the card.

3 The rest of the students
are requested to guess
what that particular
student does every day.
Students are required to
tell in the following way:

4 Students chorally repeat the sentence pattern.
5 There will be some more
rounds of the above.

2 Teacher gives the ball to one of the students and
then plays the music and
when the music stops, the
student who holds the ball
is expected to stand up
and tell the whole class
what he or she does every
day, say, “I sweep the
floor every day.”.
3 The rest of the students
are required to tell what
that particular student
does every day in the
following way:

day.
4. The above will go on for
several rounds.
