To claim your end user rebate or product, go to www.lincolnrebates.com and click the “submit claim” button. Only one end user rebate for each qualified product purchased will be eligible.
Rebates are available only to end users only. Products may not be sold, distributed, assigned or otherwise transferred by end user to another party. End users must strictly comply with the
eligibility requirements and all terms and conditions of the program (http://lincolnrebates.com/terms_and_conditions) and provide a scanned, unaltered copy of proof of purchase which includes
an invoice and product serial number. The name on the invoice must match the name on the claim form. Customers unable to scan and upload a copy of their invoice will be provided with a
printable fax or mail in cover sheet when you submit your claim online.
