The selected candidates are directed to deposit the Pro-rata contribution of Rs.
2.00 Lacs (Rupees Lacs) only by Demand Draft in favour of The Registrar, Assam
Agricultural University, Jorhat, payble at Jorhat within 9th July’ 2015, failing which their
candidature shall be treated as not interested and the seat shall be allotted to next
waitlisted candidate. The Demand Draft is to be deposited in the Directorate of Higher &
Technical Education, Itanagar.
Further, the selected candidates are directed to obtain nomination from the
Directorate of Horticulture, Itanagar, Agriculture, Naharlagun, AH & Veterinary, Nirjuli,
Textile & Handicrafts, Itanagar on or before 09/07/2015 failing which it will be treated
as not interested and the selection shall stand automatically cancelled.
Selected candidates should show the following original documents at the time of
nomination.
1. Recent Passport size photographs.2. PRC/Domicile Certificate 3. AISSCE
Marksheet 4. AISSE certificate for verification of age. 5. AISSCE certificate 6. ST
