The Committee/Landowner or anyone acting for theses will not be held
responsible for any loss/accident to persons, animals or property. Owners
and riders enter at their own risk.
The Judge’s decision is final and no entry fees will be refunded unless the
class is cancelled.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel classes, divide or
amend any class or to restrict the number of entries in any class.
No dogs admitted.
Competitors must wear the correct hats, dress and footwear.
HARD HATS MUST BE WORN (AND CHINSTRAPS FASTENED) BY ALL
RIDERS WHEN MOUNTED, conforming to PAS 015, EN 1384.
All ridden horses/ponies must be 4 years or over.
No mobile phones will be allowed in the indoor school.
All classes will be held in the indoor arena. The size of the arena is 17.06m
by 36.6m.
All competitors must have their own third party liability insurance or be a
member of British Riding Clubs, The Pony Club or British Horse Society
Gold Membership. Entry to this competition is confirmation of insurance
being in place.
Health and Safety
The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the
health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone
must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and
must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all Officials and Stewards.

Queries and Objections: Questions about the scoring must be made to the
secretary. Objections and Appeals to be made in writing accompanied by a £5.00
deposit to the Secretary within 10 minutes of the posting of the results of the class.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TIE YOUR HORSE/PONY TO THE SIDE OF
YOUR LORRY/TRAILER.

Class restrictions:
Class 1a&b- Horse and Rider combination not to have been placed
1st, 2nd or 3rd in any prelim or above unaffiliated dressage competition
and not to have been placed 1st in any walk and trot dressage
competition, or not to be affiliated to British Dressage.
Class 1a is for 11 years and under, and competitor may be led
Class 2 – Horse and Rider combination not to have been placed 1st, 3
or more times in any dressage competition within the past 12 months,
or not to be affiliated to British Dressage
Class 3 – Open
Class 4 – Open

Class 4 – Novice 30 (2006)

All British Dressage tests will be the latest standard which can be seen
on www.britishdressage.co.uk. KLRC Walk & Trot Test Sheets available
from Mrs D Smith by sending a SAE or available on the KLRC website.
