Runner pilots: the new KOSO speedo in GP style.
Triple display is set up just like a racing car - with
the rpm‘s in the middle of the console! Ignition
activation starts an automatic checking test
which makes the rpm needle jump and return to
zero. The rpm gauge measures rpms up to 15,000
revolutions per minute. To round out the package,
digital tacho functions include heat measurements, rpm warning, daily mileage, digital speed,
temperature and fuel tank measurement. An analog tachometer rounds out the unit. This console
will put you in the upper tuning league.

The Engine
should capture the limits of the possible! Peak power
performance in the 68 ccm range with MHR Team racing
sport parts from MALOSSI. The very same equipment used
in Racing Cup series and takes the material up to it‘s
absolute limit.
Brutal is the word for the rpm‘s you get beyond the 16,000
range - and performance, pure performance. A 21er carburetor kit is preferable to a 25er carb which would mean
losing torque for higher rpm‘s. MHR Team exhaust, HPC full
circle crank case, overrange variomatic, kevlar fan belt, and
Delta clutch are further power highlights.
Add a NOS Kit from HOLLEY then move to the top of the
class! The gas is pumped „wet“ direct through the intake
manifold into the motor.
We decided to use a MBK Nitro / Yamaha Aerox basis. This scooter model is one of
the most popular 50er models, developing slowly but surely to a cult object inside the
scootermatic scene. Aggressive optics, sturdy chassis and the popular Minarelli motor
convinced us of it‘s qualities.
The first thing we did was to check out the optics and technics of the new Demonstrator.
It didn‘t take long to realize that a Super-Moto inspired scooter was what we wanted. A
true racer. Further ingredients for this project included a high end motor and a paint job
from Pfeil Design.
We wanted the best, mission possible: PUSH THE LIMIT!
The first thing we did was to exchange original paneling for a mixture of TNT and BCD
bodywork parts. These parts combine well, making it easier to create a really individual
scooter. Basic groundwork, an absolute must: double optics, under body spoiler and racing fenders.

The passenger seat cover comes from the small but elegant tuning firm, KIESLER.
Next, we had to convince Markus Pfeil from www.pfeil-design.com to design one of
his incredible custom paint jobs.
Markus put his considerable talent to work and brought forth several sketches and some
designs that culminated in a supermoto design that‘s so hot, he plans to use elements for
future Harley racers! The best of the best paint was needed, which we found in the
HOUSE OF KOLORS, a specialty firm for custom and effect paints. HOK paints have been
long in use in the American Harley and custom car scene.
The N8RO paint job included large orange surfaces with gold glitter. The white areas
are mother of pearl, partically covered with large silver blades which make the N8RO
look ready to burn the street up. Results of combining airbrushing with hand drawn
elements.

This is the 2006 MHR version of the well known
Overrange Kit from MALOSSI, Italian tuning
specialist nr. 1. This time MALOSSI has turned
up the heat. Included in delivery is: rear converter (fixed and loose halves), back pressure
spring, fan wheel and oversized fan belt. The
bigger converter allows you maximized adjustment which in turn gets heftier acelleration. The
vario weights are exchanged for 19x15,5, which
gets you smoother operation and easier tuning.
SIP-TIP. This kit fits only new
MINARELLI motors that originally had a 3
shoe clutch, respectively, a transmission
bell housing with 107 mm ø.

Evolution Cylinder. POLINI has put their entire
know how in developing this new kit. 47,6mm
bore/3-piece outlet/enlarged boost port/
higher valve timing. According to POLINI, the
Evolution II Cylinder, when used with the right
components, can get performance of around 21
horsepower! The Evolution II should be paired
with a racing crankshaft, an absolute necessity

KIESLER Spacer
KOSO-Racing Carburetor built on Keihin basis.
This carburetor is remarkable through it‘s small
construction, chromed slide valve and CNC
milled intake path. Delivery includes rubber
connector and two main and secondary jets.
For exact tuning, we recommend a complete
main and secondary jet tuning set. Not only is
this well made, it‘s price is unbeatable and is a
priceworthy alternative to MIKUNI carburetors.
KIESLER is pumpin‘ it up! With the help of
their spacer you can get the carburetor on your
MINARELLI motor to face backwards. The way
this block is milled - you can implement every
PIAGGIO manifold. We recommend this because
of the short intake path of the MALOSSI MHR
ASS. This part is bored for the 21mm DELL‘ORTO
carburetor, but can be modified to fit all sizes.
