Find EBT: During the outdoor market, look for the booth on the corner of State St. and the Capitol Square (at the foot of the steps). EBT will be available at the Wednesday market on MLK Jr. Blvd, but the location will vary so please look for signs. At the Monona Terrace, the EBT table is either outside or inside of the exhibition hall doors where the market is held. At the Senior Center, the booth is to the left when you enter, next to the administration desk. FoodShare: The name of Wisconsin’s SNAP program. Quest: The name of the card that Wisconsin FoodShare benefits are put on for users. EBT: Electronic Bank Transfer or Electronic Benefit Transfer. This is a somewhat universal way to signify that Quest or SNAP is accepted at a retail or market location.
